I am pretty sure it is a septuple basket, Peter, at 244 degrees Fahrenheit, tamped by a Kodiak bear. That is Dan's signature technique. Don't steal it.

Or, it used a double basket? so, it is a double shot?

Naked PF!

I would ask,

1. the size of the cup? looks like traditional Italian cup, at 67 ml (full size)?

2. the brewing volume? about 90% full, roughly 60 ml, 2 oz?

Or, I am totally wrong?

I can't believe this movie exists.

ignore the technique, there actually wasn't enough coffee in the grinder to pull a full shot. kyle said it tasted like crap.

i usually only tamp a little hard the second time.

Good color and timing. When was the coffee ground? Nice polishing but looked like you put the same amount of pressure on the ground coffee twice rather than just once. Perhaps I have so much to learn??!!
