Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have some past experience with coffee, but i'm no expert.
About Me:
i am thinking about trying to do street vending of Iced Coffee. Only cold-pressed or as i intend to call it "ice extracted" coffee. I am considering whether the venture could have a chance at success. Also thinking about whether to get an ice chest mounted on a bi- or tricycle, or maybe try to get a more permanent stand or kiosk set up, like on some private land through the concent of landowner, maybe under contract... Then i gotta figure out which beans i would use, and what equipment & facilities i would need. Further, i conceived of a "solar powered fridge/ice chest" installed onto the bike, maybe with a tap/spigot by which to dispense the iced coffee. And a seperate ice box for the Iced Coffee Ice Cubes. oh christ, then there's the permits&regulations, but i'm pretty good at that bureaucratic paper-shuffling sort of business, even though it can be stressful.
About My Company:
I am still in the initial brainstorming process, so its not a company at all!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
coffee, unlike industry, is not laden with ugly contradictions
