Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Used to roast and serve coffee in Nashville, TN and in a few shops in St. Paul (Dunn Bros., The Roastery [R.I.P.], Bean Counter Coffee). I don't do latte art, but am meticulous about my beans and my extraction. I use a Gaggia Classic Coffee machine and prefer full city to vienna roast level for my beans.
