- I have five years experience as a barista/retail manager in a hotel gift shop. Three years ago I moved into a position within the same company as an Assistant Coffee Roaster and Barista Trainer. I really enjoy teaching and have a passion for learning new skills to pass on in my classes. I’m always looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and improve my barista skills.
