Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

We are a while out from opening as we are in the beginning stages. I was a barista from 2000-2002 at a coffee shop in Sacramento, CA. I loved the fast paced environment and the happy faces of customers when they took their first sip of my creation.

About Me:

I have a nostalgic view about coffee since I started out 12 years ago. I thought going back to school and getting a business degree would be the "grown-up" thing to do. The reality is that the business world doesn't give the same feedback and connection that you get from a coffee shop regular.

About My Company:

We are looking at developing a drive-thru in an area that is just getting it's feet wet in the true coffee business. We hope to have the best espresso and coffee around and give a customer a coffee experience that they have never had before. We want to be sustainable, green and happy!

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The atmosphere of any coffee shop you walk into.
