What's the best way to make an iced latte?

- The true magic happens at home. I roast on the Hottop in my studio apartment. It gets a bit smokey at times, but nothing a few fans can't blow out the window. I like vibrant coffees. Africans and the recent Bali lots make mighty fine single-origin espressos. I've been toying a lot with manuel brew methods. The Chemex, melitta, and french press. All magnificent in their own ways.
