Hey Dee. Glad you like the ink. wish i poured it, lol! Speaking of rosettas, that single rosetta in your pics is by far the best i have seen so far. Nice pour :-D!!! Yeah I have been in hospitality for about 8-9 years now, and I now know which niche I belong in. Coffee is now my life :-) I am glad to be amongst it.
My espresso is coming along nicely and I'm close to being shot-certified. At that point I start my (much shorter) milk training. I have, though, been sneaking milk practice in with the WWDD (What would Dee do?) matra running through my head.
