I was very impressed when seeing you on the cover of Barista Magazine along with all of the other top influential women in coffee.

You're right Annette, it was Saturday and I should have been in bed, but my Saturday started at 5:30am to catch the 6am train to New York City, commute to Queens for a class on pectins, then back to the city to explore food and then back to Queens for another class, more food and then the train back to Baltimore. Now, I'm home and can sleep again!
