maybe i should. :) i do need more experience in the local industry though and need to open my own coffee place to build up credibility in that industry. the american barista school is a very good foundation though.

hey ron, you'd be surprised how much the philippines have grown in terms of the coffee industry as of late. there's this new cafe in gbelt5 (mall) wherein they even have the famed coffee from cat's poo. haha they call it the alamid blend and goes for P2T per pack. haven't tried it out though. they do have arabica now in benguet and baguio. i'm still deciding though whether i should source my beans locally or international. there's this new company also which imports green beans and then roast it on their own. tried that one out and its pretty good.

Still putting together the biz plan. I am approved to leave the AF, though, this summer! That's a big step in the right direction! I will incorporate in the next couple of weeks...
