Things have been busy lately. Nope, not moving to Michigan. I might go back to Wisconsin one day soon. How things going over by you? Did you get things worked out to go to the show?

Hi Jason yeah I know what you mean. It can seem like it takes the fun out of it. I think it is good to do it different ways, because there is always something to learn. One of the problems for me was not being able to get my start temperature down low enough easily. But you know there is always the 'Heisenberg uncertainty principle' to take into account! So basically this means that anyone using a tryer to view a sample mid-roast is affecting the end result. Now that is gonna get a lot of people tied up in knots..... Maybe I'll see you in Minneapolis
