So far I'm going. I'm trying to make this trip as cheap as possible so I'm in the market for some hotel buddies to split room costs. I'm planning on taking some of the accredited classes from the Roasters Guild. I'm the most excited about the cupping classes. We should get coffee sometime, it would be great to meet others in the industry here.

I am a coffee roaster. I have been roasting for 20 years. I will be moving to Glendale, AZ as I have a home there. I have not decided the exact date. What kind of roaster do you have...how large is it?
