I am going to be visiting El Salvador this next year (and Guatemala) and was wondering if you could direct me to some coffee farms that I should check out while there. I am interested in cupping at mutliple farms and trying microlots that I might be interested in importing.
Hey Maria, I had the pleasure of tasting some nice coffees from El Salvador last night. Impressive. Heard a bit about El Salvador and it's history too. V interesting. Def. on my list of places to visit!
Peace
Hola Maria! Thanks for the nore. I am planning on coming back to El Salvador in early April to visit the roasters who participated in the course, and to see what they have adapted in their businesses from our work together. I have already gotten several emails from roasters who have created special blends from the work we did together! Give my best to everyone at the Consejo, and get the beer good and cold and the seafood hot!
Maria, still haven't found the email. We are really planning to show you around so call when you arrive. It is Thanksgiving and a fun time in NY. It may be too cold for you on the scooter, but we have the helmets ready! We also have a car. Y'all can borrow it if you want.
oh, i have so many suggestions for churrascos and churros for you! i'll email you:) brasil was good, although raul could not stop talking about all the fun he had in el salvador! just about every time he opened his big mouth:)) it made me miss you all even more...
