Hey Fede you can check out Bondi anytime on this webcam:http://www.coastalwatch.com/camera/cameras_large.aspx?cam=3800&state=NSW&t=8:31:19%20AM&camName=Bondi
I prefer the Avoca webcam cause its closer to home. I hope your board is waxed...
Glad you like CoffeeGeek :) I hope to visit Argentina sometime. I think Mark told me about you after the competition and that he was very impressed with your performance under the circumstances!
I had been to Buenos Aires in 1996 and learnt that the living cost was very high there. How is it now? It is a very beautiful country and hope to visit it again.

The coffee market in China is growing very fast, but the quality is still poor as any other part of the world.
About the Chinese coffee beans, we have two main regions for it. One is in Yunnan, where they have very good arabica beans, and another one is Hainan, where they have mainly the robusta beans. The production volume is not big, comparing with vietnam but increasing.
Hola! gracias por tus mesajes... mi espanol este un poco lente ahora..

Saludes,
man, i was training on my own, you seat in front of your machine and start testing, more coffee, less coffee, corser grinding, finer one, forget grams ,they dont count, the cup is counting, in 20-30sec some 20-35ml, find glass testing cups if you dont have them, train and train, when finding your perfect espresso, find the time for splashing period even it can be tricky but dont worry. then milk, tons of milk, micro foam, forget latte art and train to make perfect milk, or at least the one close to.then go back again, clean grinder and just train dosing, leveling, tamping with as less ground and thrown coffee. its the hardest way but it sounds like is your and mine, we dont have friends as others to help us, but we have passion and will. just go on with the show! i was lucky to visit norway just before tokyo and those 3 days made me 31st,some were laughing, me, i was smiling and happy in tokyo bcos of all of you. if i was longer and somewhere else with training, ill be maybe first. i dont care, iv seen so many better ones how were shaking hands more then i was. so dont worry

Chinese coffee is very good, and many people like it. But, it is not easy to send it to you.
I had been to Buenos Aires in 1996 and learnt that the living cost was very high there. How is it now? It is a very beautiful country and hope to visit it again.
Did you send me another email on the 24th? I've been out of the country in Russia and France and won't be back until Feb 5th.
