Thanks for the words of encouragement. I truly do love this business and am hoping to make the move this summer to the west coast. Working in coffee shops on the east coast has taught me a lot, but there is still so much. I am hoping to start looking in April for a job where I can start to learn roasting from the greenest people I can find.
