I have to agree with Mick...the Pasa was amazing! But the cup of Mauritania regular lot that I brewed on the vac pot the other day was so sweet and full of butterscotch it blew me away!
howdy, i had the chance to cup your pulp natural and try it as a single origin espresso, good stuff. i did a washed, pulp-natural and natural on my farm last year as well. of my samples, the pulp-natural cupped the best. would you be willing to share your pulp-natural techniques?
