After the long drive to Durham - tell me about the cupping experience at Counter Culture Coffee. Please, I'm trying my best to get a couple of local roasters to do something similar.

I think I finally found a good roast for the El Milagro - DARK and very oily, what might be called City++. We brewed some up this am and it was pretty darn good. I told Mary Jo if I roasted it any darker it would be burnt.
