Hi Lindsay - I hope the sample roasting is still going well. Those samples you roasted for me tasted great by the way!

When I am in Vancouver, there are several stops I have to do to make the visit complete; 49th, any Artigiano, Prado, Elysian Room. La Grotta Formaggio... you get the idea. Which leaves precious little time for, well, anything else!
