Hi Alex,
I don't work in Paris but I know a cafe in Paris with very good barista. I ask them if they are interested in barista exchange for you.

Alex, what is your recommended dosing for the Espresso Malta? They are using it at Latte Land now (which im sure you're aware of) and they are doing 20 grams right now? Is this right or should it be less?
Thanks for the advice, Alex. I made it to Soluna and it wasn't bad, definitely the best I've had in Paris thus far. Also, I was in St. Louis this summer and I made it to Kaldi, it was nice; keep up the good work.

Hi.
I can't say that i know any.
I have heard that there is a small roasting company, but I am not sure. I know that many firms are planning to make an impact in Bergen.
Norways oldest coffee house is also located in Bergen, called House of Friele.
