Marista.........it couldn't have been 3 months ago....unless someone made a mistake with the stamping machine, the roast date on the label is Sept 9. Maybe I just miss the good coffee up your way and it "seems" like 3 months ago!
So that explains it. I was thinking...what a coincidence...Brasilian name that rhymes with "barista." We have cousins from Brasilia that live in Mountainview, off El Camino. It's a small community, so it wouldn't have been surprising if you knew them. Last time in, 3 mos. ago (?), Chris sold me some SO Ethiopian Ghimbi; which I totally enjoyed. Pls let him know.
