Wow, it's great to meet you. Funny how small bx makes the world seem... I was born in Durham, have lived in GA for 12 years now. Looks like you know everybody who is somebody in the coffee industry, or at least the ones being written about in Barista Magazine. I really hope I can come to the SCAA Expo in Hotlanta, and meet some of y'all.

Yeah, I work for Shane. I wish I could have been at the shop when you came by. I am on my way to pouring art. I am still pretty new but I think I am making fast improvement. I have been in coffee for six years on and off and I am just getting into pouring now. The issue is that once I poured my first successful piece I didn't want to stop. Now I fear going and buying ten gallons of milk and wasting all of it practicing. Haha! Anyways thanks for the invite. Hopefully if you are back in the area we can meet.

Jason, it was great working with you at the SERBC this weekend. I didn't realize how exhausting the thursday-sunday grind was until I was on the drive home-- then found out half way back that I'd need to cover an opening shift for one of our baristas. Anyway, it was all worth it. Glad to see great things happening in the southeast!
