Hi Nelly,
I would check out the Bellissimo web site at
http://espresso101.com/coffee_espresso_products.html
They are a good place to start, I have quite a few of their videos

I am not fluent, but I can understand decently most of the time.

I would love to see the results of your research and writing.

Hi - I am also a Chef and am also interested in how espresso shots could mix with food - if you get a hold of any recipes, let me know. Thanks

Hi Nelly,

From what I understand, Latte Art began in Seattle at Caffe Vivace (home of David Schomer).

I could be wrong, so don't take that as absolute truth.

In regards to pouring latte art, there are tons of guides out there.

I'd suggest that you start by watching videos online. Youtube.com is a great source for latte art videos.

I wrote a guide a while ago on a few technicalities of when it should be used, and how it's done. If you'd like to read it, just click here-> Latte Art Guide

If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to message me.

Good luck! (and thanks for the add)
