hi sweets... i'm renting a motor home and heading up to Berkeley for the WRBC with my daughter, Madison. I told her you were going to be there and she said, "I love Heather, she's really sweet." WTF did you do to my little girl?
Heather, I'm a filmmaker in Denver, CO and just recently started filming a doc. on the barista culture and community (ala Spellbound), and plan on attending the remaining USBC regionals as well as nationals in MN. If you could take a moment of your time to write me back perhaps you would entertain some time to speak with me. It would be a great asset to have you in the film. Hope to hear from you before I make a trip to SF for the WRBC.

Yes. My champion like friend. I will be at the WRBC, but I was planning to be there this weekend for the training your doing as technical support, but I'm heading to Ventura County to train a couple of accounts. Are you planning on competing?

Thanks we are doing fine. I am not competiting this as I am on the SCAE board in Denmark and therefore one them preparing the hole thing and I just couldn't manage that, our coffeeshop and competing at once. Are you busy in your roastery and shop?

Heather Perry, international woman of mystery. Defender of the weak. Able to win competitions in her sleep. I see a comic book in your future. The next Wonder Woman....Yeah!
Hey. Sometime we'll have to get together and I'll teach you how to make espresso!

Thanks for the extra MC work (and making sure I never want to eat nasty buttercream cake again...). That was a marathon session for you...not to mention the abbott & costello work you did with Nick to kill time for us in the finals. probably won't see you until USBC...

Hey Heather,
Thanks for your support, it`s great to have you on board!!!
Please tell me where can I send you an email with the schedule/itinerary of the venture.
You may already know about my venture. I`m starting to recruit world-class trainers & baristas to train the local baristas at the american coffee growing countries.
The idea is to cover the expenses (air ticket+hotel+food) for a 3 day trip (at least) with sponsor support.
The venture will start by February 2009, if you`re able to donate a couple of days of your time, to promote the barista profession, please let me know, and I`ll send you the schedule.
Are you enjoying Barista Exchange? Is it helping you promote your business and helping you network in this great industry? Donate today to keep it free to all members. Supporters can join the "Supporters Group" with a donation. Thanks!
