How do you do that? I need to wait until Heather gets back into town anyway, though, because the music's all on her computer.

Slow. I need more practice. And I'm pretty sure people keep telling me to do things wrong. So I'm having trouble making good microfoam like you showed me, because everyone here just sets it down with the steaming wand in the milk and lets it go.

However, I did have an older European couple say the espressos I made for them were good, so that's nice.

haha thanks! Cultiva has just been open a year so probaly not. you should definitely check it out - best espresso i've ever had :D
