Yeah, i retracted my previous statement... But I am a baby, Send me your dates, I need to go home anyways. Thanks again for the coffee; I licked the bag clean.
Believe me, it's not just crescendo. It's CRESCENDO. Have you tasted espresso outside of oslo? Most of it is really really bad... And crescendo has twice for me been very very good. I really appreciate it mie. I'll send you stuff when our guats get in.
Hah, yes, well I believe that he snagged another pair from some poor, unsuspecting friend. The boy is on a roll. A thief with an eye for nice things, they say. On a separate note: I'd love to get some coffee, but I only know a couple people at the wbc, most of whom I just met, so I'm not sure a favor is appropriate. I guess you could ask on my behalf though. Kyle Glanville, Liz Hudson, OOOO give it to Brent Fortune! He's a pal. Thanks Mie!
...a good question and one that I am being asked more and more frequently these days and weeks. I can't wait, I can tell you that much. I'll send you some coffee soon. We need feedback from you guys.
Hi Mie, What about a cup of Jack Mormon Coffee? Almost 10 year s being a Barista is a lot of respect in the industry, I like to share some receipies with you...!
You may already know about my venture. I`m starting to recruit world-class trainers & baristas to train the local baristas at the american coffee growing countries.
The idea is to cover the expenses (air ticket+hotel+food) for a 3 day trip (at least) with sponsor support.
The venture will start by February 2009, if you`re able to donate a couple of days of your time, to promote the barista profession, please let me know, and I`ll send you the schedule.
Best regards,
Federico
