Hi Dustin, you have a very interesting coffee to offer. I have heard of it and
knew a little about the process, but I got to see it close up here. I guess you
have to be very careful to avoid being bit when you are removing the beans
from the civet 8-)

before but now I had a chance to see it close up. Carefull the civet don't bite
you when you are removing the beans 8-)

Thanks Dustin. My guess is you are often in the Phils... have you had a chance to make it over this way? I am pretty keen to make a jump over there for a week or so, as I would love to meet the multituedes of Philippine BXers and some other coffee friends there.

I simply have to add you as a frend Dustin! We dont really deal with Kopi Luwak (Civet Coffee) in Indonesia, but I alway keep a stash handy to dazzle and thrill overseas visitors. We once had Steve-O and Chris (as well as Johnny Knoxville) film a live civet in our roastery. It was mayhem. I am not sure if I felt worse for the civet or Steve-O whos hand got a mauling.
