Hey, Gina. My partner, Megan, and I were set to open in NE on 13th Ave. (Do you know where Lucilles' Flower Shop is, near the 331 Club?)

When it came time to assume possession, our landlord decided he did not want to upgrade his property per the lease agreement and asked us to pay for the upgrade instead. Now we're on indefinite hold. Probably for the best as our landlord was difficult from the beginning and never truly understood the cafe we were trying to create.

For the time being, I'm a roaster/barista @ the Dunn Bros. in Linden Hills (w/ Keith) and Megan works part-time at Anodyne.

I have also been working with Paradise Roasters and am interested in knowing if you could give me a list of the coffee shops in Minnesota that are using La Marzocco's.
