Hey there. I guess you are in the dallas area- if you are looking for a great cafe to check out, come visit us at white rock coffee(if you haven't already that is). We're at Northwest Highway and Ferndale(bout 4 miles east of 75), roast all of our own stuff. Voted best coffee in Dallas twice...

I live near Spring Valley and Coit (Little Mexico,, good tacos though) Today, We are brewing some Puerto Rican Yaucco Selecto, I roasted yesterday. It hasn't been available for awhile for I will be cupping it to see if it's changed, better or worse. I tried to chase you at www. 6t.com but that link doesn't work. Is that your website?

Thanks for the book. I started reading it yesterday. I can see what you mean, but it is really well written, which makes it a good break from technical articles all the time.
