hello! just been reading your blurbs down the side here, and I'm curious - why Norway? I've spent quite a bit of time in Scandinavia and they do tend to drink bucketfulls of coffee. However, in my experience it all tends to be filter coffee, they're not so big on espresso. Maybe there's a gap in the market there! If you ever make it over there, I will definitely come visit you.
