Hi! I have a small coffee shop in the a town in the middle of WI called Thorp with a population of only about 1300. So that is what I consider small. I and have been in business just about 3 years now too. Looks like we have a few things in common! I don't do latte art though. Haven't really got the nack of it but I do make great tasting drinks.

We're having fun figuring it all out, practicing our stuff while we're slow, gettin into it when we're not!Starting a light lunch this week...not something I am super thrilled about, but we've had a lot of requests. Hi--nice to meet you. I also own a coffee shop--right in the middle of Kansas. It's been a challenge to get people to understand "good" coffee, but they are coming around. By the way, I love your Beauty of Christmas story. Next time you should bring the coffee!
