Hi Troy - quick question for you - what do you brew into and store your iced coffee and iced tea? we're looking for a solution large enough (1 gallon) but a non-leaching plastic or glass/stainless pitcher that has a lid and pour spout. just wanted to see what others are using? thanks!
TROY! good to hear from you...and now I know what you look like..heh. I need to stop by your cafe. Ive heard great things.
If you are referring to the land of the lost, no...I am not a sleestak. however I do look a little like one...just without the insecty/aligatory parts...and it's a mohawk not a horn.
if there is some other manner of sleestak out there.....then maybe.
I miss you already troy. The jam was a huge success! I learned soooo much and can't wait till next year. You better drag yourself down to Park slope next time you're in Brooklyn.
Also, my father in law asked me what was so hard about making coffee for three days. I told him "you try making 120 gallons of coffee.......2 oz at a time."
Troy - you did good! Still a couple bucks to come - we're using some of the bounty coffee from the jam to raise what we can for BTR this weekend. Will send whatever we get from selling Hornall's brew and the Aficianado Daryn gave us.
If we make enough, we might even start a single malt fund for Mr. Lewis...
Loved the jam. Couldn't have imagined it going any better. Great, great job.
