This was my favorite quote: "There are two ways to roast coffee beans, either wet or dry. Coffee beans can be dry roasted in the sun, but wet roasting is a much gentler process and it removes any remaining layers from the berry."

OMG!! we're like friends in more than one place!! We've got myspace AND bx!! what about Facebook!?!? We have GOT to get on Facebook. That would close the gap and really prove ourselves to each other, so we know we really ARE friends. I mean, we've never even had jell-o shots together... sure , espresso shots and all,but that's WORK right?!?!
