Merdeka Coffee now has three, as well as the offshore business. All local cafes in South Jakarta. You can try Antipodean for a more Kiwi/Australian approach to coffee or the new one at BIS. Both have a few pictures on my page.

I never use Behmor, but I think airflow and cheff collector is very important so I know Gene is work very well in this part , that's why I suggest Gene cafe'
well... I never use Behmor but chaff collector and air flow system is very importance,I don't know how Behmor works , so i think Gene cafe's principle is quiet ok.
Hi Louise , well! , I'm not a great roaster anyway, I suggest you to find some small home hot air roaster to start your self learning. and taste the coffee you have roasted evrey days.
Yes I've tried Sumatra and is very nice,full bodied and chocolaty .Macedonia is not Coffee growing region.We import coffee ,but not so good quality,due to the fact that we are small market.We have a lot of espresso blends,most of them world famous !
Yep know it- first Starbucks location in Indonesia- must be around 5 years since it opened. We are out Bogor way- where we roast primarily for the expatriate market.
