Ok Mr Barber. I have looked all over the internet and indeed spoken to many baristas to find information about your ripple tamper. What are the benefits and how does the ripple affect extraction and compaction/resistance to pressure?

Still have my first pretty tamper made by you next to my machine. The one with the "press & twist" logo..... this was for my home use machine about 9 years ago. Now I have had a speciality coffee shop 3 years, my own barista school, and in the meantime I am the leader of a coffee academy in Vienna..... with coffee life never gets boring!
