I just sent the droids picture to a few friends and I laughed out loud. Sitting by myself at Managua airport. Suffice to say i look unbelievable ridiculous and obviously I blame you.
Hi there Stephen. I am sure this finds you well. Congrats by the way.
I was looking into your coffee and was curious about the origin of the El Bosque? Is it the classic from Guatemala that seems so available in the UK? or is it the NIc CoE. Or maybe some more obscure farm someplace?!?
I look forward to tasting your coffee very much. We should do a two pound exchange. What do you think?
All my best to your sweetie,
Sam
hello champ!! i saw on the internet... really... you ROCKS!!! it was amazing!! please add me as your friend to exchange some ideas experiences recipes or whatever! thanks for all the magic!!
Greetings!
hey steve, i got a Fracino little gem for next to nothing to play with at home.. .needing a grinding now up to the job. i'll be wanting to sample your wares soon.
ya i'll definitely give ya a shout when i'm coming over, i'm thinking august at the moment anyway so all going well i'll get away for a few days! At cafe depeche we're dealing with matthew algie using their roast to order gama blend(4 beans all fair trade from bolivia, indonesia, sumatra & india), yummy coffee that is either great as espresso or as a milk based drink. only popped on this for a sec, im obsessed already haha, gotta go to work! talk to ya later
Hey Steven :) congrats on your win, i'm well proud a fellow irish barista scooped the title! Anywho, I work at Cafe Depeche on North Main Street, Cork City & definitely in my opinion the best cafe in Cork, latte art on any coffee I get my hands on and we've got a fab range of loose leaf teas, italian hot choc and seriously yummy nibbles! I'm really passionate about coffee, although I'm a complete chicken when it comes to barista competitions, my boss is always tellin me to just get over it and go... maybe next year!!! I'm actually going to be in London soon enough, was wondering do you guys have an actual coffee shop called square mile coffee or is it a roastery? Would love to pay ye a visit!
