Yes Alun . There's a very few people with such a passion about coffee ,like Bazzara's.
They grow up in coffee business and they are really passioned with coffee, high knowledge level and experience !
Actually that was the most important reason to start our cooperation with Bazzara's .
...and the book is a very good work also, easy to read ,guiding you step by step to the coffee journey, excellent work !

Had the pleasure of meeting the Bazzara's in Trieste last time we were there. Our setup was directly sandwiched between Planet-Coffee on one side and the Sandalj display accross the way. Nice guys, and got a signed copy of the Espresso Coffee book from them. They had a very nice setup at the expo adn their stand for sure was one of the busier ones. Cant remember which brother I meet but think it was Franco
