(Drinking Coffee + Munching on Coffee Beans + Bagging Coffee + Roasting Coffee)All at the Same Time = Me(Hyperactive CRAZY PERSON)

Nice to know I'm not alone in this equation. I'm sure there are many days we stand in front of our roaster doing exactly the same thing at the same time in time. It's who we are. It's what we are. Space aliens masquerading as coffee geeks. Or humans being transformed by the ingestion as you spelled out in your post. Do I sound like I have munched one too many beans today?
