We have been open for two weeks now here at Angry Catfish Bicycles and Coffee. I am thrilled to say that we have gotten a great response from the community on what we are trying to do with coffee.

People are eager to learn and are excited to have us here. We are offering mostly classic drinks with no flavor shots and traditional sizes. Any time you try to do something new and a city is not used to it, it is scary. Every time I have been asked for a flavor shot in a latte and responded that we don't have flavors but our lattes are naturally sweet, customers are always happy to try it and are generally surprised and satisfied.

We have been more busy on the weekends and pretty slow during the week. I was very pleased today (Monday and my first day off) when I came into the shop to see almost every seat taken and people in line. The word is spreading. The quality of our coffee and the dedication of our baristas are both proving to speak for themselves. Thanks to everyone to support us in our new endeavor and we hope to be apart of a growing trend in the Twin Cities.
