If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
i am a self trained barista, i have taught myself the art of coffee from reading books watching videos and through trail and experimentation
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
i would love to travel to italy to experience coffee from those who have to train for many years before they are allowed to call themselves barista's, i would also love to travel canada, cause i have heard of some great cafes over there
what can i say i love coffee and strive to learn more of it's secrets and further develop my skills, i will try any idea or design i come up with, and will continuously try something until i achieve perfection
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
that there is alway something new to learn, and that it never becomes dull or boring because you can always find ways new ways to make it fun or exciting
It was just coincidence, I was watching Scottie's 5 rosetta pour and just went from related video to related video and ended up seeing your video.
Yeah, keep me posted, one thing i did notice in your videos is you fill your cups to the brim sometimes, this at home or in a cafe?
Hi Sam first thing to do is get your own copies of Cafe Culture Magazine and that will help you know whats happening. Email me your postal address and I will get you on the free subscription list. We have 20 people registered for the Pura Latte art so if you want to have a go jump in now.
