A local baker approached me to help turn her bakery into a bakery/cafe. I knew I couldn't turn down the opportunity. I've worked independent and corporate coffee gigs. Most recently, I left the big*bucks and I'm really looking forward to getting back into a local shop.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I feel in love with coffee at age nine. I would steal sips from my mom's mug in the morning. This love affair continued to bloom, mainly with me as consumer. Then, about four years ago, I had the chance to work for a roaster. I never want to leave the industry.
