Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I've been learning to make coffee over the Last five years as my wife and I have gone on the adventure of owning our own Coffee Shop. Along with that I have been attempting to learn the inner workings of our Espresso Machine (3 Group Nuova Simonelli Aurelia). I joined B-Ex becasue I have come to the point where I need to tear down my machine for a full descale. I am need of guidance to make sure that happens over a three day weekend at the end of May.

About Me:

My Wife and I own a coffee shop in Western SD (South Dakota not San Diego). I take care of Friday's and Saturday's at the shop as well as all the maintenance. That is my main area of interest. Maintaining and repairing all the equipment that goes with a coffee shop. Specifically our 3 Group Nuova Simonelli Aurelia.
