- Have been roasting at Addington Coffee Co-op and do some of their training at cafes we supply to. This cafe has over 100 seats and gets super busy!
- What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
- China, Europe, UK, USA. Maybe an origin trip to Indonesia
- About Me:
- My dream is to put New Zealand coffee on the map in Asia, specifically China. I aim to start a cafe there in 2010 taking all I've learned and adding to the experience.
- About My Company:
- Fuel Espresso is a coffee company I worked for in Wellington selling boutique coffee roasted locally. The bar I work at runs 3 triple group La Mazocco machines at Wellington Airport. There are 8 sites in Wellington city altogether and one in Hong Kong's IFC centre!
- What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
- The amazing diversity of people passionate about capturing the coffee unicorn-the perfect shot of espresso!
