- Several years working as a barista (starting in 1986) before becoming a coffee supplier. I now do barista training and business consulting for cafe owners. I am constantly trying to innovate barista methods, recipes and equipment.

I was in Mon Ami today and i saw the pamphlet with the Guayaki Yerba mate drink. I tried to talk my boss into getting some, so maybe she will.
I had a quick question about our classes when it come to discounts. Do you ever use the discount? How do i purchase the products, and how do i find out what stuff i can get?
Do you know anything about helping me start a business?
I'm actually a student at Cuesta, and i noticed the coffee shop they have there is a nice little place, but is a eye sore to look at.
Anyways haha you dont have to answer all the questions, but i would like to hear back from you, whenever you are fee.
