I work at the Salvadoran Coffee Council at the marketing dept. I started working for the coffee industry almost a year ago, I'm in charge of promoting Café de El Salvador. We've organized tours, the national barista championship, publications, conferences and a lot more.

Uffie is ok. A little too sassy/obnoxious/derivative for my taste, to be honest. Do you listen to Peaches? That's pretty much where Uffie gets her sound for the most part.
