If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?: yes

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: I have a broad knowledge of coffee prep. and history. I have experience in brewing Turkish, French Press, and espresso (including latté art) as well as experience working with local quality-focused cafés. I can also speak German, French, and Ethiopian.

I just want to increase my experience as well as getting into more areas, especially roasting.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?: Chicago, Boston, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Germany.

Misc: Though I'm espoused to academics, my mistresses will always be coffee, art, folk music, sustainability, and all things local.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: All the tones that resound in one good cup, and the history and process that goes into extracting them.

We are going to build a tasting bar/equipment showroom but the hours will be modest. Our primary business is wholesale and my mission in the gallery to to offer a European style coffee experience focused on connecting with folks, assessing their needs, sharing information and experiences and providing solutions for their coffee fix.
