- well so far I've roasted coffee in Boulder, CO, In NYC I've done Espresso tech work for few places and managed two cafes, one in Manhattan and one in Brooklyn. I've got to go to Brazil and see Octavio farm and stay there for a week.

- Any place that grows coffee would be an amazing adventure

Viking - don't know if you'll get this message in time, but I'll be in NYC this weekend for Coffee Fest NYC and am looking for a local barista to hire as a helping hand. Let me know if you are interested, paid gig of course. Fri-Sun 12-5p, or whatever works for you. Have you been before? Seeing how you have your paw in many sides of the industry you may really enjoy the event. Great (and affordable) way to network in the industry
