Still consider myself a beginner but have mastered a skillset above my fellow employees. Trying to set a higher standard for the shop I am currently working at and am very much interested and excited to see the coffee culture grow. Always wanting to learn more!

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Both east and west coast, Portland, Seattle, New York, and South and Central America for coffee cultivation. Would really love to travel to any of the countries that produce coffee to get a hands on experience maybe doing work trade to learn about coffee from the source.

Small organic coffee roaster and espresso bar. Sunshine Coffee based out of Forestville Ca. with Roasters Espresso Bar as our sister company serving our beans with two locations based out of both Forestville and Sebastopol Ca. Still a small company that has a lot of room to grow!

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The new standards being set. A higher standard that can only improve and refine the coffee culture.
