Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I currently work at Mercantile Coffee House, an up and coming coffee shop located in downtown Dallas. Even though I am new to the coffee industry, I have been lucky in the fact that I have worked with some great equipment and different ways of brewing coffee. I learn something new everyday and can honestly say that I enjoy going to my job everyday.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I lived in Chicago for a few months and would love to go back. I am also interested in traveling to Europe as well as New York and Los Angeles.

About Me:

I can usually be found in a record store around town or catching a movie. I am starting film school soon and hopefully can travel across the country and find interesting stories. My dream is to open a record store/coffee shop.

About My Company:

Mercantile Coffee House recently opened in Downtown Dallas and is poised to change the way that Dallas looks at coffee. We brew intelligentsia coffee using a pour over style coffee maker. The baristas care about the product and want to share that passion with everyone in the area and hope you will come and visit.
