Any tips for being more involved in the coffee community? Being located in the midwest of the USA it tends to be hard to find an employer that even takes this as seriously as I do...with the skills to teach me as much as I want to learn... I am a poor college student that is eager to learn and can't find any opportunities or strategies to make me successful in this business...what route would you take ?
