small and independent not only do we strive for the highest standards when it comes to pulling shots, latte art, or the freshest coffee available, but we are as green and earth friendly as possible. We also pride ourself in saying that ALL products (besides roasted coffee beans) come from local independent shops & we try and make sure everything is as organic and eco friendly as possible.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Africa in general. The UK. Colorado is one of my favorite places in the US to visit and I would love to make it to Alaska, but scared I may stay.

About Me:

Born and raised in TX and worked as a creative writer for a company in Dallas. Was taking a job in Nashville TN to do much of the same thing but moved there 3 months before my new job was to begin. To fill the time and mainly out of curiosity I took a barista job....and well, I've never looked back. Office jobs be damned and java saved my working soul.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

the bond and society that is created between baristas. The art behind the perfect drink. Being able to broaden my coffee palate through weekly cuppings.
