hey kyle. You should join the competitors group. There is a lot there that will help you understand the direction you need to go with it all. I just joined and have already learned so much. What's great about it is even though some of it would be irrelevant to a cafe situation, most of it pertains to every day basics that takes you to the next level. It's beautiful on the other side :).
